Homemade Peeling for Pale Lips Vibrant Peeling

In cold weather, our skin and lips will need extra moisture. Especially during seasonal changes, our lips become pale and dry. Homemade lip peeling has moisturised my lips and revived them.

Let’s look at the ingredients of this simple but effective peeling:

Peeling Ingredients:

  • 1 table spoon spice aromatic oil according to your wish (I love the aroma of sweet apple oil)
  • 1 table spoon nutritious oil (I will add coconut oil, you can use almond oil, or olive oil)
  • 2 – 2,5 table spoon sugar
  • 1 table spoon honey

Peeling Preparation:

Homemade Peeling

1We mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they mix and become homogenous. Peeling will look like wet sand. It shouldn’t be sticky or liquid. Here is our peeling.

2We can apply this mixture on our lips 3-4 time per week. When used regularly, pale lips will become vivid and have baby pink colour. Honey and oils in the peeling will prevent cracks on our lips. This way all of the lipsticks will look good.

3To have fuller lips, you can add 1 table spoon of cinnamon oil in the peeling. Cinnamon oil will increase the speed of blood circulation. Your lips will look fuller in 3-4 minutes. Of course, this method is not for permanent fuller lips. But your lips will look fuller for 5-6 hours.

Note: However, it is a bit hard to endure.   Tingling hurts a bit. But that feeling will go away in 1-2 minutes. I haven’t experienced any disadvantages. But you should add 1 tea spoon cinnamon oil at the beginning. If you can endure pain, you can increase the amount gradually.

Since cinnamon oil will make your lips dry, you should apply a moisturising lip balm. I didn’t use cinnamon oil in this peeling.

I put the mixture in an empty container. You can use cream containers to put your homemade peeling. You can store the peeling at room temperature for almost 3 months. I use this one for 1 month. After peeling, you can complete your lip care with lip balm.

You will see that lipsticks look better on moisturised lips.
