Revitalise Your Skin with Sugar Scrub: 3 Sugar Scrub Recipe

Main ingredient of this amazing scrub is Epsom salt. It will exfoliate your skin and give you that soft skin you have always wanted. Instead of using commercial scrubs that are full of harmful chemicals, this DIY homemade scrub will make your skin glow.

I am using my all time favourite ingredient in this scrub as well. Yes, you have guessed it right. I will use natural and organic coconut oil in this recipe. I think coconut oil makes miracles on your skin. In addition to soft texture, you will enjoy amazing smell of this natural and organic oil.

It will also increase strength of Epsom salt to give you a soft skin. Let’s see what this amazing lavender scrub has and how it is prepared.

Homemade Lavender Soap Scrub Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Epsom salt
  • 1 cup of extra-virgin coconut oil
  • 10-15 drops of essential lavender oil
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)

Homemade Lavender Soap Scrub Preparation:

1

Add Epsom salt, coconut oil, essential lavender oil, and rosemary in a bowl.

2

Mix all the ingredients until you obtain homogenous mixture.

3

Place the mixture in a clean container like a small jar.

4

Enjoy your homemade lavender soap scrub.

You can use this natural homemade lavender soap scrub two or three times per week. This amazing scrub will clean your skin and give you a fresh look. After using this lavender soap scrub, you don’t need to rinse it. So, it is easy to use, and you will get the best results. Your skin will become softer.

You can store this all natural lavender scrub at room temperature for almost 12 months. If you are living in a warmer area, it is better to keep the container in a cool area or in the fridge. It is because coconut oil may melt at room temperature and your lavender scrub may lose the rigid form.

Also, you can change essential lavender oil with other essential oil. This will only change the smell and colour of your soap scrub. All other beneficial properties will be the same. Experimenting with ingredients will help you to find your ideal formula.
