Environmental factors and pollution can clog our pores. If we use some of the pore cleaning methods, we can have amazing looking skin. Here, I will give you some easy methods to clean your pores at home. Also, I will give some amazing homemade DIY mask recipes for deeper cleaning.
First and easiest way among pore cleaning methods is washing your face. You can use face cleaner if you want to deeply clean your pores. Also, you can use a suitable soap for your skin pH level.
Another alternative is using a face scrub. This scrub will act like peeling and it will clean your pores.
Mix oat and organic honey in a clean cup. Slowly add warm water and continue mixing. Apply a thin layer of this mixture on your face. Distribute the mixture evenly. Focus on your larger pore areas. Massage your face for 1-2 minutes. And wait for 4-5 minutes. Wash your face with warm water or clean the mask with wet towel.
This is also an amazing option. All you need to do is boil some water. Then, pour this water in a large cup. Bring your face close to boiled water. Avoid burning your face. Toss a towel on your head to maximise the effects of water vapour.
Clay is a natural peeling agent. With this mask, you can easily clean all your pores. You can apply this mask 2 times per week.
Mix white clay, carbonated water, lavender essential oil, lemon essential oil and tea tree essential oil in a clean cup. Apply this mask on your face and keep it for 10 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.
Another pore cleaning method is a peeling mask. When you scrub your face with this mask, your skin will look softer. However, this mask contains lemon juice. So, if you want to avoid sun spots that is caused by lemon juice, apply this mask at night.
Mix olive oil, milk, sugar, salt and lemon juice in a clean cup. Apply this mask on your face. Wait for 15-20 minutes. After it is tight, you can wash your face with warm water.
You will need to moisturise your skin to keep your pores clean. If your skin is not moist enough, your pores will get bigger. And this cause them to clog more. So, keeping your skin hydrated is the essential element for keeping your pores clean.
3 table spoons of banana
½ table spoon of honey
1-2 drops of lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in a cup. Apply this mixture on your face and neck area. Avoid your eye area as the skin around your eyes is thin. Wait for 20 minutes. Wash your face with cold water.
Also, after applying these masks, complete your beauty routine with a suitable moisturiser. You can make your own moisturiser at home as well. The important thing here is to choose a one that suits your skin type.
