Mineralizing Toothpaste for Whiter Teeth

I recently noticed that all the toothpastes our in the market are full of chemicals. And most of these chemicals are harmful for our body. I hate using a products that would harm my health. So, I decided to make my own mineralizing toothpaste for whiter teeth.

Actually, when used regularly, this amazing toothpaste has amazing results. Even better ones compared to commercial products.

You no longer need to worry about reading all those labels on the toothpastes. Now, you have your own homemade mineralizing toothpaste. I will use bentonite clay to make this toothpaste.

Why Do You Need Mineralizing Toothpaste?

Well, your teeth are full of minerals. Over time, these mineral layer called enamel can decay. Such decay will cause different teeth problems and you will be forced to make frequent visits to dentist.

According to researches, it is believed that this lack of minerals is caused by insufficient fat soluble vitamin and phytate intake.

Insufficient intake can make your teeth and bones weaker. But now, we have this amazing DIY mineralizing toothpaste solutions to make your teeth stronger.

Mineralizing Toothpaste Ingredients:

  • 4 table spoons of bentonite clay
  • 2 tea spoons of baking soda
  • 1 and ½ tea spoons of sea salt (if you have, you can go for pink Himalayan salt)
  • 15-20 drops of essential oil (you can use mint essential oil as well as clove essential oil. Citrus essential oil is also another option for your toothpaste)
  • 4 capsules of active charcoal

How to Make Mineralizing Toothpaste

Add bentonite clay, baking soda, essential oil, sea salt, and active charcoal in a bowl.

You need to avoid using metal bowl. Bentonite clay may react with a metal bowl and ruin your toothpaste.

Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth mixture. Take the mixture inside a clean glass jar and start using your DIY mineralizing toothpaste.

All you need to do is just use this amazing DIY toothpaste just like a normal toothpaste. Take small sizes of this mixture and brush your teeth regularly.

Rinse your mouth and complete your oral hygiene with other DIY mouthwash product.
