7- Yogurt Mask for Sun Burn

You can sooth your sensitive skin with yogurt mask after sun burn.

  • 1 cucumber.

Grate the cucumber and mix with other ingredients. Apply on the sun burned area and wait at least for 30 minutes. You can take a warm shower to clean the mask.

Recommendations

Since yogurt will not harm your skin, you can easily use basic yogurt mask. However, it you are allergic to milk, yogurt mask may cause irritation. You can test this allergy by applying a small portion on your hand. This way you can see the reaction of your body.

My last warning is to people with sensitive and dry skin. If you have dry or sensitive skin, you may reduce the lemon in lemon yogurt mask by half. Lemon will dry the skin. This may not be problem for oily skins, but it will irritate dry skins.
