Ingredients

  • 1 table spoon of organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 tea spoon of carbonate
  • ½ tea spoon of lemon juice

Preparation

Mix carbonate, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Your mask for sun spots will be ready in less than 5 minutes. Apply this mask on your face. Avoid eye area. Wait for 10-15 minutes. Massage your face with circular motions. Wash your ace with warm water.

You can apply this mask against sun spots for once a week. More application will cause irritation on your skin. Also, prepare this mask for single use only. This way, ingredients in the mask will not spoil.

There is one important thing you need to be careful about this mask. Since this recipe has lemon juice, you need to apply the mask at night. Lemon juice reacts with sunlight and this may increase your sun spots. But if you use this mask at night, you will not experience such problem.
