Skin sports are dark spots caused by harmful effects of the sun. These spots are also known as pigmentation and this skin problem is common. Skin pigmentation is more common in lighter skins and this condition is a result of excessive melanin production of the skin. Melanin accumulated under the skin causes a dark look.
There are some effective homemade recipes to decrease skin pigmentation and spots. You can easily prepare these recipes at home with completely natural ingredients. When used regularly, you will see the difference. Also, you can apply these recipes on different skin types.
Night Mask Against Skin Pigmentation
Ingredients:
- 1 table spoon of turmeric powder
- 1 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Preparation
Mix turmeric powder and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a clean cup to obtain a paste. Then, apply this paste on the spots with a cotton.
Avoid using your fingers during application. Turmeric powder may leave yellow stains on your fingers. You can use milk to remove these yellow stains.
Make sure that you apply this mask that helps preventing skin pigmentation at night. Lemon juice content may increase skin spots if subjected to sunlight. If you use this mask at night, there will be no problem.
Also, if you have dry skin, moisturise your skin after application. Lemon juice will dry your skin and cause dry skins to be sensitive.
Coconut Milk Cleaner Tonic
Ingredients:
- 2-3 drop of coconut milk
Preparation
All you need to do, pour 2-3 drops of coconut milk on cotton and apply on dark spots. During application, massage your skin so that you skin absorbs the milk.
Anti-Spot Face Mask
Ingredients:
- 1 table spoon of potato mash
- 1 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Preparation
Mix potato mask and lemons juice in a clean cup until you obtain a paste. Then, with cotton disks, apply this mixture on your skin as a thin layer. After the first layer is dry, apply second and third layers.
This way, you can obtain a thick layer on your skin. Wait until the morning and clean this mask with a warm water. You can easily use this mask once a week.
When used regularly, your skin spots will be look paler. Apply this mask at night since it has lemon juice. Also, after cleaning the mask, apply moisturiser.
Face Mask Against Skin Pigmentation
Ingredients:
- 1 table spoon of organic tomato juice
- 2 table spoons of oat meal
- 1 table spoons of yogurt
Preparation
Mix organic tomato juice, oat meal, and yogurt in a cup. When you obtain a paste, apply this mixture on your skin spots.
You can apply the mixture with a brush or with your fingers. Wait approximately for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Anti-Spot Almond and Milk Mask
Ingredients:
- 2-3 medium size organic almond
- 4-5 table spoons of milk
Preparation
Put almonds in water one night before making your mask. Peal these almonds in the morning. Crush the almonds with a blender and add milk to obtain a paste.
Mix all the ingredients until you obtain smooth paste. Apply this mask on skin spots and wait for approximately 20-25 minutes. Then, rinse the mask with cold water.
Aloe Vera and Vitamin E Mask Against Spots
Ingredients:
- 1 Vitamin E capsule
- 1 table spoon of Aloe Vera gel.
Preparation
Mix vitamin E capsule and Aloe Vera gel. Apply this mixture on your face. Wait for 30 minutes and wash your face with cold water. You can use this mask every day. When used regularly, your skin spots will no longer be visible.
