1 squeezed orange juice: Orange has vitamin C. And since this vitamin stimulates collagen production, it has anti-aging properties. Also, orange has rich citric acid content that helps reducing the size of skin pores.
1/4 squeezed lemon juice: Lemon has amazing anti-bacterial properties to fight against acne on skin. Also, it has rich alpha hydroxy acid that helps peeling.
1/2 cup oatmeal: Oatmeal will softly peel your skin and helps your skin to renews itself.
3 table spoons of yogurt: Yogurt has lactic acid and alpha hydroxy acid. These two components will help peeling the skin, has moisturising properties, and stimulate collagen production. Additionally, yogurt will decrease visibility of pores, has anti-aging properties as well as anti-bacterial properties to prevent acne.
1 table spoon of honey: Honey is full of anti-oxidants and anti-bacterial. This ingredients will help achieving live and shiny skin. Also, honey is a natural moisturiser. And this helps protecting moisture in the skin.

Application of Turmeric and Yogurt Face Mask
1Add all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix until you have thick texture. If the mixture is not thick enough to apply on your skin, add more oatmeal.
2
Pour the mixture into a glass cup and wait for at least couple of hours to make the mixture thicker. It is better to wait for a day.
3
First, I recommend a vapour bath on your skin. To do that, pour boiling water inside a bowl (add lavender or eucalyptus essential oil for more benefits). Bend your head so that the vapour will be absorbed by your skin. You can increase the effect by covering your head with a towel. This will open your pores and increase absorption of the mask.
4
After this process, dry your skin and apply the mask without waiting. Mask will have thick texture due to oatmeal. Apply a thick layer of mask on your skin. This stage is a bit hard. Turmeric may stain your cloths. So, use your old cloths. Wait for 15-20 minutes or until the mask is completely solid.
5
Clean the mask with warm water and cotton. These cottons will prevent your towels to get stained. Also, when you wipe the mixture with these cottons, your skin will peel.
6
After drying your skin, never forget to apply your regular moisturiser. If you have dry skin, you may use olive oil as moisturiser.
7
You can use this recipe for 5-6 masks. Store the mixture in the fridge in a glass bowl. You can easily apply this mask couple of days per week to minimise your pours, balance your skin, and enjoy softer and moisturised skin.
